- Service customers with integrity and quality
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of client payrolls
- Interact with clients to research and resolve payroll and tax concerns
- Provide software support and training to clients
- Input all payroll data necessary to process and meet client payroll schedules
- Contribute to the continual improvement of operational processes and policies
- Interface with the tax department manager as well as the executive management team
- Conduct and participate in periodic product training sessions
- Keep current with payroll knowledge through continuing education and certification programs
- Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of payroll processing experience required, preferably in a client service environment. Proven record of successful customer service experience required. The candidate should possess strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, time management skills, mathematical aptitude and the ability to work in a deadline driven environment. Bachelor’s degree and FPC/CPP preferred.
