Step 1: Initial Meeting

Together, we identify your specific payroll, human resources and time and attendance needs. We give you a tour of our applications. We provide a cost estimate. We take the time to answer your questions.

Step 2: Implementation Meeting

We collect your data, identify your business’ specific requirements and begin configuring our applications to meet your unique needs.

Step 3: System Set-Up

Our implementation team verifies the accuracy of your data, notifies your bank that we're working with you, verifies your employees’ direct deposits and builds your company shell, including departments, earnings, deductions and benefits.

Step 4: Data Loading And Accuracy Verification

Your employee data - including demographic information and prior compensation data - is loaded into the shell. We then review that data to ensure it matches your original data.

Step 5: Tax Liabilities

We enter your tax liabilities, starting right where your last payroll ended. This means your employees only receive one W-2 form and it enables us to execute mid-quarter conversions.

Step 6: Training

We train you on the system, ensuring you’re up-to-speed. We tailor the training sessions to your needs and schedule it at a time and location that’s convenient for you.

Step 7: First Payroll

We process your first payroll. We then hand-deliver it to you so we can review the standard reports with you and answer your questions.
